text-indent: 0em;\"><strong>开辟法治护航企业发展新路径》<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; text-align: left;\">2023年6月，河源市营商环境法治服务监督中心（以下简称“监督中心”）在全省率先成立，挂牌在市检察院。监督中心创新“1+5+10”（1个机关党委+5个党支部+10项举措）党建模式，聚力推进监督中心党建与业务融合，把党的政治优势、组织优势转化为服务发展动能。创新“一站式”服务机制，建立“8+N”工作机制，统一归口受理、交办和督办企业法治诉求，多举措搭建投诉渠道，让企业只进“一扇门”、只跑“一次腿”、投诉“一次办”。创新“三督一体”机制，贯通执法监督、法律监督、执纪监督，及时督促整改办理投诉事项过程中不履职、不正确履职的行为。同时紧盯营商环境中普遍性倾向性问题，通过磋商、检察建议等方式促进依法行政、行业整顿和系统治理。<\/p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em;
