▌Seminar for the Province’s Chief Prosecutors Opens

全省检察长研讨班召开

▌Recently, the People’s Procuratorate of Guangdong Province held a seminar for the province’s chief prosecutors to review Guangdong’s procuratorial work in the first half of 2026 and deliberate work plans for the present and coming periods. Feng Jian, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chief Prosecutor of the provincial procuratorate, attended the seminar and delivered a speech.

近日，广东省人民检察院举办全省检察长研讨班，总结2026年上半年全省检察工作，研究部署当前和今后一个时期全省检察工作。省检察院党组书记、检察长冯键出席并讲话。

▌The meeting pointed out that in the first half of 2026, procuratorial organs across the province fully implemented Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, and strictly followed the “1310” Development Scheme proposed by the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee and work requirements of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate. We strived for high-quality and efficient case handling, continued to build new strengths in crime governance and pursued new breakthroughs for Guangdong’s procuratorial work. We upheld fundamental principles and broke new ground in serving national development, improving crime governance effectiveness, protecting public legitimate rights and interests, fulfilling legal supervision duties, and enforcing strict self-governance within the procuratorial team. With all the work progressing well, we provided solid support for Guangdong to play its pioneering role in advancing Chinese modernization.

会议指出，今年上半年，全省检察机关深入践行习近平法治思想，紧紧围绕省委“1310”具体部署和最高检工作要求，做实高质效办好每一个案件，持续增创犯罪治理新优势，奋力实现广东检察新突破，在服务发展大局、提升犯罪治理效能、保障群众合法权益、强化法律监督主责主业、抓实从严管党治检等各方面实干担当、守正创新，推动各项检察工作取得新进展，有力服务广东在推进中国式现代化建设中走在前、作示范、挑大梁。

▌The seminar also included group discussions and thematic exchanges, with chief prosecutors from Guangzhou, Foshan, Meizhou, Huizhou, Dongguan and Yangjiang delivering keynote speeches.

研讨班还开展了分组研讨和主题交流。广州、佛山、梅州、惠州、东莞、阳江等6地市检察院检察长作了主题发言。
