▌The People’s Procuratorate of Guangdong Province has reported to the Standing Committee of Guangdong Provincial People’s Congress on efforts to foster the law-based business environment, and implemented the committees’ review opinions item by item. We have earnestly handled proposals and suggestions from deputies to the provincial People’s Congress and members of the provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and proactively accepted oversight. We have convened symposiums to hear opinions and recommendations from democratic parties, federations of industry and commerce, and non-Party individuals. People’s supervisors have been invited to oversee procuratorial performance in case handling. Through procuratorial hearings and the release of procedural case information, we have responded promptly to public concerns.

向省人大常委会报告检察机关服务保障法治化营商环境建设工作情况，逐条落实常委会审议意见。认真办理省人大代表、省政协委员建议提案。邀请人大代表、政协委员视察检察工作。召开座谈会，认真听取民主党派、工商联、无党派人士等意见建议。邀请人民监督员监督检察履职办案，开展检察听证、发布案件程序性信息等，及时回应社会关切。
