▌Provincial procuratorate holds ceremony to pledge allegiance to Constitution

省检察院举行宪法宣誓仪式

▌The People’s Procuratorate of Guangdong Province held a ceremony for its staff members to pledge allegiance to the Constitution on December 4, 2025, which marks the 12th National Constitution Day. Feng Jian, Secretary of Party Leadership Group and Chief Prosecutor of the provincial procuratorate, attended and oversaw the ceremony.

2025年12月4日是第十二个国家宪法日，省检察院隆重举行宪法宣誓仪式。省检察院党组书记、检察长冯键出席并监誓。

▌The meeting emphasized that as new-era procuratorial personnel, it is essential to comprehensively implement the guiding principles of the fourth plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and fulfill President Xi Jinping’s expectations for Guangdong’s leading role at the forefront nationwide. Loyalty must be demonstrated through oath-taking, embedding the Constitution’s spirit in practice. Innovation should be driven by updated principles, elevating “high-quality and efficient case handling” from a professional requirement to a political commitment. Implementation must be ensured through practical actions, maintaining determination to seize opportunities and overcome challenges. Wisdom and strength should be contributed to Guangdong to take the lead in advancing Chinese modernization.

会议强调，作为新时代检察人员，要自觉把学习党的二十届四中全会精神与贯彻习近平总书记对广东走在前、作示范、挑大梁的殷切嘱托相结合，始终坚持以宪法宣誓铸忠诚，使宪法精神深植于心、外践于形；始终坚持以理念之变开新局，自觉将“高质效办好每一个案件”从业务要求升华为政治担当；始终坚持以实践之变抓落实，保持乘势而上、迎难而进的奋斗姿态，坚定不移按照习近平总书记指引的方向扎扎实实把广东的事办好，为广东在中国式现代化建设中走在前列贡献检察智慧和力量。
