▌Feng Jian Delivers a Lecture on the Spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee

▌Recently, the People’s Procuratorate of Guangdong Province organized a province-wide program within the procuratorial system to study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. Feng Jian, a member of the provincial Party publicity group, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chief Prosecutor of the provincial procuratorate, delivered the keynote report.

近日，广东省检察院组织开展全省检察系统学习贯彻党的二十届四中全会精神宣讲，省委宣讲团成员，省检察院党组书记、检察长冯键作宣讲报告。

▌Feng Jian stated that procuratorial organs across the province must:

▌Focus on serving and safeguarding the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and vigorously enhance the capacity and level in performing procuratorial duties to escort the construction of the Greater Bay Area in its new stage. Focus on coordinating development and security, and resolutely safeguard the southern gateway of national security. Focus on prioritizing high-efficiency crime governance, and collaborate with other political and legal authorities to improve the crime governance system. Focus on serving and safeguarding green development and public wellbeing, better support the development of a green and beautiful Guangdong, provide strong safeguards for the implementation of the “High-Quality Development Project for Counties, Towns and Villages”, build on the progress of special initiatives on procuratorial protection of people’s livelihoods, and strengthen judicial protection for the people.

冯键表示，全省检察机关要突出服务保障粤港澳大湾区建设，大力提升检察履职护航新阶段粤港澳大湾区建设的能力和水平；突出统筹发展与安全，坚决守牢国家安全“南大门”;突出深化高效能犯罪治理，协同政法各单位推进完善犯罪治理工作体系；突出服务保障绿色发展和民生福祉，更好服务绿美生态广东建设，大力保障“百千万工程”实施，巩固深化“检护民生”专项行动成效，筑牢民生司法屏障。
