▌Guangdong procuratorial organs handled 8,443 public interest litigation cases strictly and precisely within the statutory scope, keeping firmly in mind our representativeness of social and public interests. We developed public participation mechanisms for public interest litigation by inviting 2,837 people to serve as volunteers, who provided 758 leads for public interest litigation. This initiative has led to a broadening of the “circle of friends” dedicated to public interest protection, making the procuratorial public interest litigation system more dynamic.

广东省检察机关牢记“检察机关是社会公共利益代表”的职责定位，严格在法定领域精准规范办案，立案办理公益诉讼案件8443件。拓展公益诉讼检察公众参与机制，邀请2837人担任“益心为公”志愿者，提供公益诉讼线索758件。公益保护“朋友圈”持续扩大，检察公益诉讼制度更具活力。
