▌Guangdong procuratorial organs have protected the legitimate rights and interests of both Chinese and foreign parties openly and equally, and handled criminal cases involving foreign elements according to the law. The Supreme People’s Procuratorate has approved the establishment of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Branch of the National Prosecutors College in Shenzhen, aiming to create a base for research on the foreign-related rule of law and specialized teaching. Emphasis has been placed on promoting the rule of law among overseas Chinese from Guangdong, telling the story of Guangdong procuratorial work as well.

广东省检察机关公开平等保护中外当事人合法权益，依法办理涉外刑事案件。最高人民检察院批准在深圳成立国家检察官学院粤港澳大湾区分院，打造涉外法治研究和特色教学基地。注重对广东在海外的华人华侨法治宣传，讲好广东检察故事。
