▌Recently, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Branch of the National Prosecutors College was officially unveiled in Shenzhen Dapeng Bay.

近日，国家检察官学院粤港澳大湾区分院在深圳大鹏湾畔揭牌。

▌The National Prosecutors College, which is directly affiliated with the Supreme People’s Procuratorate (SPP), stands as the pinnacle academic institution within China's procuratorial system. It specializes in nurturing high-level and highly qualified procuratorial talents. The establishment of its Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Branch marks a significant move by both the SPP and the College, amidst the unique context of “one country, two systems” and three distinct legal systems. This branch will foster coordinated development of the rule of law in the Greater Bay Area, presenting a novel platform for research on foreign-related and Hong Kong-Macao legal matters within the procuratorial framework. Additionally, it offers a fresh avenue for enhancing judicial exchanges and cooperation among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, thereby furthering regional legal collaboration in the Greater Bay Area. Furthermore, it serves as a new window for deepening international exchanges and cooperation in law enforcement and judicial realms, showcasing China's achievements in the development of its legal system.

国家检察官学院隶属于最高人民检察院，是中国检察系统的最高学府，是国家培养高层次、高素质检察人才的专门机构。此次设立国家检察官学院粤港澳大湾区分院，是最高检、国家检察官学院立足粤港澳“一国两制三法域”实际，助力推动粤港澳大湾区法治协同发展的重要举措，为检察机关涉外涉港澳法治研究工作提供了新的平台，为进一步密切粤港澳司法交流合作、助力粤港澳大湾区区域法治协同发展提供了新的途径，更为深化执法司法领域国际交流合作、展示中国法治建设成就提供了新的窗口。
