▌Greater Bay Area Launches A Regulation for Community Correction

粤港澳大湾区部分地市社区矫正对象跨区域活动监管协作及检察监督机制正式落地

▌Recently, the Shenzhen People’s Procuratorate and the Shenzhen Bureau of Justice, together with the procuratorial and judicial administrative authorities of Zhuhai, Huizhou, Dongguan, and Zhongshan, jointly issued a regulation to explore cooperation in community correction and procuratorial supervision within the Greater Bay Area, promote the rule of law and foster a better legal business environment.

为积极探索执法司法机关在大湾区社区矫正监管协作和检察监督方面的协作配合，助推提升粤港澳大湾区法治建设水平，营造一流法治化营商环境，近日，深圳市人民检察院、深圳市司法局牵头，与珠海市、惠州市、东莞市、中山市四地检察机关和司法行政机关联合印发《粤港澳大湾区部分地市社区矫正对象跨区域活动监管协作和检察监督办法》。

▌More than 30 representatives from Guangdong’s procuratorial and judicial administrative organs, as well as community correction institutions, attended the meeting and exchanged views on related work.

据了解，30余名广东检察机关和司法行政机关、社区矫正机构同志参会，并围绕相关工作进行交流发言。
