▌SPP and ACWF release typical cases of collaborative judicial assistance

最高检与全国妇联联合发布检察机关与妇联组织协作开展司法救助典型案例

▌Recently, the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) and the All-China Women's Federation (ACWF) released nine typical cases of joint judicial assistance carried out by procuratorial organs and women's federations.

近日，最高人民检察院与中华全国妇女联合会联合发布9件检察机关与妇联组织协作开展司法救助典型案例。

▌The SPP and the ACWF decided to extend the campaign of strengthening special judicial assistance to disadvantaged women in February 2023. The campaign aimed to provide timely assistance to all eligible disadvantaged women through various assistance methods and increased efforts. Since the launch of the campaign, procuratorial organs and women's federations at all levels have closely worked together and achieved positive results.

2023年2月，最高检联合全国妇联决定继续深入开展“关注困难妇女群体，加强专项司法救助”活动，围绕“凡是符合救助条件的困难妇女，均应当及时提供救助帮扶”的活动目标，丰富救助手段，加大救助力度。自活动开展以来，各级检察机关、妇联密切配合，推动救助困难妇女专项活动取得积极成效。

▌The cases include some on providing comprehensive assistance to eligible women in difficulties that have been placed on file at the procuratorial organs, and cases that involve "supporting prosecution and providing judicial aid and diverse assistance" for disabled women victims of domestic violence and their underage children.

该批案例涵盖对进入检察办案环节、符合救助条件的困难妇女积极开展综合救助帮扶，对遭受家庭暴力的困难残疾妇女及其未成年子女开展“支持起诉+司法救助+多元帮扶”等诸多情况。
