Guangdong’s procuratorial organs have thoroughly studied and implemented General Secretary, Xi Jinping’s important instructions on developing the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area since last year. Based on the reality in the jurisdiction, they have put priority on the focal points of work and taken proactive measures such as issuing the implementation plans for regulating procuratorial proposals, setting up certain groups for analyzing and supervising the implementation of procuratorial proposals, and promoting the incorporation of procuratorial proposals into the evaluation index system for a law-based government; they have attached equal importance to the judicial case handling and the procuratorial proposals, thus greatly enhancing the binding force of procuratorial proposals. With a high degree of confidence, consciousness and responsibility for the procuratorial work, they have contributed their efforts to the modernization in the social system and capacity for governance in the Greater Bay Area.

　　Second, extending the legal supervision function based on the reality when handling cases.

　　Third, conscientiously supervising and urging the handling of major cases under the instructions of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate.
